Global Game Jam Highlights Local Tech Talent

Innovation Place was pleased to host members of the local game development community at the 4th annual Global Game Jam (GGJ) in Regina.

From January 25-27, approximately 50 participants gathered in the Terrace Rotunda to design a video game based on this year's theme: What does home mean to you?

The 48 hour event resulted in the creation of 16 games, available on the GGJ website. The world's largest game jam event, GGJ took place in over 800 locations around the globe.

Innovation Place was pleased to sponsor GGJ, an event that showcases local technology talent and helps grow Saskatchewan's technology sector.
