Luxsonic Featured as Success Story

Innovation Saskatchewan recently featured Luxsonic Technologies, a company blazing trails by introducing virtual reality to the fields of medicine and healthcare, as a success story.
 
Founded by Dr. Mike Wesolowski, PhD in 2014, Luxsonic aims to improve healthcare in Canada by using VR to better educate, train and support medical professionals.

The Luxsonic team have achieved notable successes in their five years—not only have they filmed the first 360-degree virtual surgery in the province, but they were also recently acknowledged internationally as “one of the ten best disruptive solutions,” at the 4 Years From Now conference in Barcelona, Spain.
