SHRF and Lung Association Announce $1 Million Investment in Respiratory Research

SHRF and The Lung Association, Saskatchewan Commit $1M to Respiratory Research Funding

When you can’t breathe, nothing else matters. That’s why two of Saskatchewan’s leading health research funding organizations are looking to the future with a long-term investment of $1 million over five years.

Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation (SHRF) and The Lung Association, Saskatchewan have built a strong relationship over the years with a common objective of supporting health research in Saskatchewan.

This new investment will be dedicated to furthering health research in the areas of Indigenous people’s health, respiratory disease control and management, patient-caregiver education, cannabis, sleep apnea and other areas related to lung health.
