2 Research Drive Receives Prestigious National Earth Award

2 Research Drive, located at Innovation Place in Regina, was recently recognized with the Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada (BOMA Canada) National Earth Award in the Office Category.

The prestigious award, acknowledging excellence in resource preservation and environmentally sound commercial building management, was presented at BOMA Canada’s National Awards Gala on September 11 in St. John’s, NL.

2 Research Drive has a history of exemplary building performance. It was recognized with the 2018 BOMA Regina Earth Award, an achievement that qualified the building to compete for the 2019 National Earth Award. 2 Research Drive has also achieved a Platinum rating, the highest BOMA BEST certification level and, as such, is the top-rated building in Saskatchewan.

Innovation Place has a long history of promoting environmental sustainability through exceptional building design and operation. All multi-tenant buildings have achieved BOMA BEST certification, with Saskatoon and Regina buildings currently certified Silver, Gold and Platinum.

BOMA BEST is Canada’s largest environmental assessment and certification program for existing buildings.
