Updates & Resources for Innovation Place Tenants

The health and safety of our tenants, staff and guests is our top priority. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic while following direction from provincial and federal health authorities.

Innovation Place Updates

FYI. Proof of vaccination will be required to access our Fitness Centres and attend our events as of October 1. As such, Fitness Centre access will be deactivated from all access cards at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 30. To have Fitness Centre access added back to your card, please visit the Innovation Place office on or after Monday, September 27 to show proof of vaccination. If you are not fully vaccinated, you can bring in a recent negative COVID-19 test result which will allow you access for three days (from the date of the test).

Effective Friday, September 17, masks are mandatory in indoor public spaces, including common areas within Innovation Place buildings, such as lobbies, elevators and hallways. For more information, read the Government of Saskatchewan public health measures.

We continue to provide a safe environment for our tenants and staff with our current protocols:

  • Masks are required in common areas.
  • Physical distancing is currently not required:
  • Fitness centres, meeting rooms, washrooms, squash courts and the games room (Saskatoon only) are still open to full capacity;
  • Food and beverages can be served up in meeting rooms;
  • Common area furniture shifts remains at regular capacity;
  • One-ways and limits in elevators and stairwells are not required; and
  • Water fountains remain on (yay!)
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers remain in various common areas for your use.
  • Innovation Place reception areas (Regina Administration Office, Saskatoon Administration Office and Saskatoon Maintenance Office) are open to the public and will continue to be closed between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm.
  • Janitorial staff will continue to provide frequent, ongoing sanitation of touch surfaces in our buildings. If you would like a deep clean using fun things like electrostatic spray to sanitize your space, contact your Property Manager to arrange a cleaning.
  • If you become aware of any presumptive or confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 from an individual who may have been working in your office, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for sanitization.

Thank you for being a part of our community and taking care of yourselves and each other.

Safety is our first priority at Innovation Place. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
