Updates & Resources for Innovation Place Tenants

The health and safety of our tenants, staff and guests is our top priority. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic while following direction from provincial and federal health authorities.

Innovation Place Updates

It’s been a tough year, but with vaccination rates increasing and Saskatchewan’s Re-Open Roadmap beginning, we’re excited to welcome back more tenants to our parks!

Throughout the pandemic, we’ve worked hard to keep everyone safe with safety protocols, digital pivots and lots of sanitizer. Now, we’re ready to see all your smiling faces when you’re ready to return.

Much like the collective weight on all our shoulders, all COVID-19 restrictions in Saskatchewan have been lifted. Here’s what that means for you at our parks!

  • Masks are no longer required in common areas (neither are the signs!)
  • Physical distancing is no longer required, which means:
  • Fitness centres, meeting rooms, washrooms, squash courts and the games room (Saskatoon only) open to full capacity;
  • Food and beverages can be served up in meeting rooms;
  • Common area furniture shifts back to regular capacity;
  • No more one-ways and limits in elevators and stairwells; and
  • Water fountains are back on (yay!)
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers remain in various common areas for your use.
  • Innovation Place reception areas (Regina Administration Office, Saskatoon Administration Office and Saskatoon Maintenance Office) are open to the public and will continue to be closed between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm.
  • Janitorial staff will continue to provide frequent, ongoing sanitation of touch surfaces in our buildings. If you would like a deep clean using fun things like electrostatic spray to sanitize your space, contact your Property Manager to arrange a cleaning.
  • If you become aware of any presumptive or confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 from an individual who may have been working in your office, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for sanitization
