We are proud of our sustainable growth year over year through economic turmoil, recessions and global pandemics. We pride ourselves on hiring the best and brightest staff and retaining them — we have very little turnover and a ton of staff that have been employed here for 10+ years.
Axon was able to adapt very quickly to these pandemic conditions as we already had a very good work from home process. The pandemic certainly helped us refine our Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and remote capabilities, which in fact made our company stronger and more efficient.
